Ingredients
2 cups Bowl & Basket heavy cream, chilled
1 can Wholesome Pantry sweetened condensed milk
Vanilla Extract
Bowl & Basket Chocolate Chip Cookies
chocolate chips, if desired for decorating
sprinkles, if desired for decorating
Directions

1. Place condensed milk into a large bowl and set aside.

 

2. In a large bowl, beat/whisk heavy cream until stiff peaks, then gently add in vanilla extract.

 

3. Add 1 cup of the whipped cream to the bowl with the condensed milk and fold it in until smooth. Once the first cup is fully incorporated, add the rest of the whipped cream and fold gently until mixture is smooth.

 

4. Pour mixture out onto a rimmed baking sheet so that it is about 1 inch high. Cover with plastic wrap and chill in freezer for at least 6 hours.

 

5. When ready to assemble sandwiches, remove from freezer and use a cookie cutter or other round cutter to cut out circles of ice cream. Sandwich between two chocolate chip cookies, and roll edges in sprinkles or chocolate chips if desired. Enjoy immediately or wrap each sandwich in plastic wrap and refreeze until ready to eat.
